Insurance Policy
Most Commercial Insurance Plans Accepted
Our practice will bill your insurance carrier directly for services rendered. Patients are responsible for all out-of-pocket costs determined by their individual plan, including deductibles, copayments, and coinsurance, all of which are due at the time of service. We encourage patients to contact their insurance provider prior to their first appointment to verify mental health and telehealth benefits and confirm coverage.
